Contest entry for
Contest theme is based on the EX Delta series of pokemon cards, in which pokemon were given different types and different moves to the norm, for example a normal pokemon that had rock/ground moves etc. I had to do this for an eeveelution.
I chose Flareon, and made it psychic (>< the internet told me mirror coat is a psychic move). chosen mainly cause i thought it would be pretty to draw and would make a lovely pic.
